About Valerie Saindon
Over the past two decades, I’ve built businesses, led teams, and worked closely with leaders navigating growth, responsibility, and visibility. Alongside my leadership practice, I have run and grown a marketing agency for nearly a decade, operating inside the real pressures of decision-making, communication, perception, and scale.
Capability isn’t the issue. Capacity is.
Earlier in my career, I operated from a definition of success that wasn’t fully mine. I worked hard, often harder than necessary, prioritising effort and achievement over truth, sustainability, and joy. There were periods of burnout, missed opportunities, and a constant sense of chasing something that, in hindsight, was never designed to last.
I was achieving, but not experiencing growth with ease, aliveness, or spaciousness.
When effort stopped being the answer
That experience fundamentally reshaped how I understand leadership.
Leadership doesn’t break down because people lack ambition, intelligence, or capability. It breaks down when the internal system is no longer able to hold what life, business, and responsibility are asking of it.
Since then, growth has become a core commitment in my life, not as a strategy, but as a way of being. I’ve invested deeply in my own development, shed multiple layers of identity, lived and worked across different countries, and learned to lead from a place that is embodied, grounded, and true rather than performative.
An evolution of coaching
Today, my work reflects that evolution.
I help leaders expand their internal capacity so growth, money, and responsibility can increase without living in constant pressure. This work represents an evolution of traditional coaching, moving beyond performance optimisation into the development of the whole internal system a leader operates from.
My approach integrates strategic leadership insight with an understanding of the nervous system, the body, and human behaviour. Having spent over twenty years working with movement, meditation, and embodied awareness, alongside building and leading businesses, I work with leaders at the intersection of clarity, presence, and influence.
This is not about fixing people.
It’s about supporting leaders to access more of themselves, so they can lead with steadiness, discernment, and depth, without burning themselves out or sacrificing the joy of growth.

How I choose to work
Working with me is grounded, intelligent, and human. I bring clarity, precision, and challenge, without pressure. Clients often describe the work as relieving: complex ideas made simple, depth without heaviness, and insight that translates into real decisions and sustainable action.
I’m naturally direct. I name what matters, even when it’s uncomfortable, always with respect and intention. My role isn’t to soften the truth, but to deliver it in a way that creates clarity, not defensiveness.
I am selective about who I work with. I work with leaders who are open, reflective, and coachable, people who care about the impact they have and the systems they lead. I am not available for urgency-driven work, energy-draining dynamics, or relationships built on dependency.
Contribution matters deeply to me. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently mentored, taught, and shared this work beyond formal containers, because leadership development is not only about personal success, but about creating positive change that extends outward.
This work matters to me because too many capable people are living far below their potential, exhausted, disconnected, and convinced that pressure is the price of success.
I don’t believe that.
Leadership can be expansive, grounded, and deeply alive, when the internal system is built to hold it.
